Mud Pumps

At our factory overseas, Big Bear manufactures EMSCO type mud pumps in the 500-1600 HP range and imports them into Canada for sale in Canada and the USA. All steel casing material is made from AISI/SAE Spec 4340 equivalent steel. The Brinell hardness of the Pinion gears are 300-350, and the hardness of the Bull gears are 270-290. Our factory is an ISO and API certified facility with 25 years experience manufacturing oilfield pumps. National and Gardener Denver pumps are also available through Big Bear affiliate factories.
